Gurmeet Singh (G.S.) Oberoi is the Vice President of Digicable, one of the largest cable distribution companies in India. Mr. Oberoi also owns and runs one of the biggest CATV/ISP networks in New Delhi. In addition, he provides consulting services to a wide range of private and public companies in India’s telecom arena. An early pioneer of the nation’s cable industry, Mr. Oberoi started Cable TV Network in 1990. Since then, he has become heavily involved in media content and distribution. Mr. Oberoi has formulated core policies for sales, distribution, and franchisee development and is an expert on Conditional Access System, Pay Per View, and Subscriber Management System.
